1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at numerosvision.com, creating a profile, purchasing an AI Blueprint Report, or scheduling a live consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
2. Eligibility & User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your legal jurisdiction) to purchase services or book consultations on Numeros Vision. By initiating an order, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that all birth information submitted by you is true, accurate, and voluntarily provided.
3. Nature of Computational & Advisory Services
Numeros Vision delivers classical mathematical computations rooted in classical historical methodologies:
- Chaldean / Cheiro Phonetic System: Acoustic letter mapping (1–8) and compound numbers (10–52).
- Pythagorean System: Birthdate life path, expression, and soul urge calculations.
- Indo-Chinese Lo Shu Grid: 3×3 magic square planes, Rajyog lines, and elemental remedies.
- AI Synthesis Layer: Artificial intelligence is deployed exclusively to explain and contextualize Classical Calculations, not to invent fictitious mathematical outcomes.
All assessments regarding career affinity, stock market trading postures, relationship synastry, and blessing years are probabilistic lifestyle guides reflecting classical texts, not absolute legal or commercial warranties.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Actions
You agree that you will not:
- Deploy automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract calculation tables, proprietary knowledge bases, or proprietary prompt architectures.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or intercept API calls to the Numeros Vision classical calculation methodology.
- Submit abusive, defamatory, sexually explicit, or fraudulent data during questionnaire completion or live consultations.
- Impersonate any individual without their explicit, informed consent for synastry or name analysis.
5. Live Consultation Protocol
When engaging with our verified master numerologists via phone, video, or in-person sessions:
- Clients must be punctual. Sessions will terminate at the scheduled end time regardless of client arrival delays.
- Zero tolerance for verbal abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct. Practitioners reserve the right to immediately terminate sessions without refund if subjected to abusive behavior.
- Audio or video recording of consultations without prior written consent from both parties is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Numeros Vision brand name, logo marks, the celestial seal, the Core Matrix system, generated report layouts, custom SVG symbols, and website stylesheets are the exclusive intellectual property of Numeros Vision Technologies and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Purchasing a report grants you a personal, non-commercial license to read and print your report; you may not resell or publicly redistribute generated assets for commercial gain.
7. Payment, Taxes & GST Invoicing
Prices for all digital reports and consultation services are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic transactions and United States Dollars (USD) for international transactions. In accordance with Indian tax laws, applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST at 18%) is calculated and remitted. Tax invoices are automatically generated upon payment confirmation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Numeros Vision Technologies, its founders, astrologers, software developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including without limitation loss of profits, emotional distress, business interruption, or personal life decisions—resulting from your reliance on numerological readings or consultations.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the actual fee paid by you for the specific disputed report or consultation.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall first be referred to amicable conciliation with our Grievance Desk. If unresolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at Gurugram / New Delhi, India.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time to reflect legislative changes, new features, or updated fee schedules. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
