• Payment & Invoicing Data: All payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (Razorpay, Stripe). Numeros Vision does not store raw credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or net banking passwords. We receive only transaction status tokens, GSTINs (if provided), and confirmation receipts.

Under Section 4 and Section 6 of the DPDP Act 2023 and Article 6 of the GDPR, your data is processed solely under the following lawful grounds:

• Explicit Consent: To connect you with an expert astrologer during live consultations or save chart preferences on your personal device.

This information is never aggregated into marketing profiles, never shared with programmatic ad exchanges, and never used to train public open-source foundational AI models.

6. Data Security & Encryption Standards

We employ multi-layered institutional safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure:

• In Transit: All HTTP data is encrypted via modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) with mandatory HSTS enforcement.
• At Rest: Internal database archives and customer dossiers are protected with AES-256 bit encryption.
